MOST BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS QUEEN INTERNATIONAL (MBCQI) OFFICIAL DELEGATE TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Organizing Body of Most Beautiful Campus Queen International (MBCQI) (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer” or “Management”) and the undersigned applicant (hereinafter referred to as “the Delegate”). By purchasing the MBCQI registration form, submitting an application, and/or participating in any stage of the selection, training, voting, or pageant process, the Delegate irrevocably agrees to be bound by all terms, policies, rules, decisions, and directives stated herein, including those reasonably amended by Management. I. ELIGIBILITY, CAPACITY & REPRESENTATION 1. The Delegate must be between seventeen (17) and twenty-eight (28) years of age at the time of registration. 2. The Delegate affirms that she is legally competent, mentally sound, and physically fit to participate in a competitive beauty and leadership platform. 3. The Delegate must be a bonafide student or campus-affiliated individual, as required by MBCQI standards. 4. The Delegate must embody values of integrity, discipline, respect, cultural sensitivity, and social responsibility, consistent with international pageant representation. 5. The Delegate acknowledges that MBCQI is a character-driven and purpose-based platform, and not solely a beauty competition. II. MORAL STANDARDS, IMAGE & PUBLIC CONDUCT 6. The Delegate shall maintain a high moral standard, both online and offline, throughout the competition and, where applicable, during her reign. 7. Any conduct capable of bringing disrepute, scandal, ridicule, or reputational damage to MBCQI may result in immediate disciplinary action, including disqualification or dethronement. 8. The Delegate agrees to refrain from: • Criminal activity • Public indecency or vulgarity • Hate speech, cyberbullying, or harassment • Political extremism or defamatory statements 9. Social media content, interviews, and public appearances must align with brand values and international decorum. III. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & DISCLOSURE 10. All personal, academic, medical, and biographical information submitted must be truthful, complete, and verifiable. 11. Management reserves the right to conduct background checks, verification exercises, and reference confirmations at any stage. 12. Any falsification, concealment, or misrepresentation—before, during, or after the competition—shall result in: • Immediate disqualification • Withdrawal of titles • Forfeiture and/or refund of prizes • Possible legal action where applicable IV. ORGANIZATIONAL AUTHORITY & GOVERNANCE 13. Management retains full administrative, creative, and operational authority over MBCQI. 14. Decisions of the Judging Panel, once ratified by Management, are final, binding, and non-negotiable. 15. The Legal Representative of the Organizing Body shall be the sole interpreter of these Terms. 16. No Delegate shall challenge outcomes publicly, legally, or through media without prior written consent. V. RISK, SAFETY & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS 17. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Delegate’s own risk. 18. The Organizer shall not be responsible for: • Loss of unregistered valuables • Personal negligence • Pre-existing health conditions • Emotional distress not arising directly from official pageant activities 19. Organizer liability applies only during official pageant week, strictly from formal camp registration until the conclusion of the Grand Finale. 20. Coverage applies only to incidents directly originating from approved pageant activities, excluding personal errors or unrelated health issues. VI. PARTICIPATION STRUCTURE & MANDATORY ACTIVITIES 21. The Delegate agrees to participate fully in all compulsory activities, including but not limited to: • Outfit and appearance assessments • Creative unity dance and talent showcase • Camping, interviews, and orientation sessions • Ethics, attitude, and runway training • Ticketing, audience engagement, and reactions • Voting and digital task competitions 22. Absence, lateness, or non-compliance without approval may attract penalties or disqualification. VII. SELECTION, REPLACEMENT & WITHDRAWAL 23. Management reserves the right to replace, suspend, or withdraw any Delegate at any stage. 24. Delegates who withdraw voluntarily forfeit all fees and privileges. 25. Replacement decisions are final and executed without obligation to explanation. VIII. TITLE HOLDING, COMMITMENT & PROJECTS 26. Winners and Runner-Ups shall serve as official ambassadors of MBCQI for one (1) year. 27. A detailed pet project proposal must be submitted, approved, and initiated within three (3) months. 28. Failure to execute the project satisfactorily may result in: • Title withdrawal • Prize withholding • Replacement by next eligible Delegate 29. Title holders shall contribute not less than thirty percent (30%) toward the annual Her Majesty Project. IX. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS & REPRESENTATION 30. The Brand Manager shall be the exclusive booking and representation authority during the reign period. 31. Unauthorized appearances, endorsements, or commercial deals are prohibited. 32. Winners may be required to travel locally or internationally for brand representation. X. FINANCIAL STRUCTURE & PRIZE ADMINISTRATION 33. A thirty-five percent (35%) management and logistics fee applies to all winnings and earnings. 34. Prize disbursement structure: • 40% on Winning Night • 20% upon completion of pet project • 40% upon completion of reign and crowning of successor 35. Failure to meet obligations may delay or void payments. XI. PRIZE DEFINITIONS, VALUATION & CONDITIONS 36. Cash Prize (USD 1,000) The official cash prize is One Thousand United States Dollars (USD 1,000), subject strictly to the disbursement formula and conditions outlined in this Agreement and the Finalist/Winner Contract. It is not payable as a lump sum. 37. Scholarship Clarification (USD 10,000 Equivalent) a. The advertised USD 10,000 scholarship is not a cash award. b. It represents a 30% online scholarship contribution sponsored to MBCQI by UNICAF. c. The remaining 70% shall be paid by the Winner, subject to UNICAF’s terms. d. The scholarship is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and subject to UNICAF admission requirements. e. MBCQI bears no liability if the Winner fails to meet UNICAF criteria. 38. One-Year Furnished Apartment a. The apartment shall be located only in the Headquarters State of MBCQI. b. Usage is strictly for official duties and approved stays. c. It is not a personal residence and cannot be sublet, transferred, or monetized. d. Misuse results in immediate withdrawal. 39. Luxury International Vacation (Africa-Based) a. Destination shall be within Africa, selected by Management based on the Winner’s country and logistics. b. Possible destinations include Rwanda, Nigeria, Kenya, or any approved African country. c. This prize is non-cash and non-transferable. 40. Endorsements & Commercial Engagements a. Endorsement deals are performance-based opportunities, not automatic entitlements. b. Winners must be ready, available, and compliant to participate in gigs. c. Failure to honor engagements may lead to loss of opportunities or benefits. 41. General Prize Conditions Management reserves the right to substitute, reschedule, or withdraw prizes due to force majeure, sponsor limitations, or breach by the Delegate. XII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RIGHTS 42. MBCQI retains unrestricted rights to: • Images • Videos • Interviews • Promotional materials 43. Delegates waive all claims to royalties or usage restrictions. XIII. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION 44. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 45. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. 46. Disputes must be handled professionally and privately. XIV. FINAL DECLARATION By purchasing the MBCQI form and participating in any capacity, the Delegate confirms that she has: • Read this Agreement in full • Understood every clause • Accepted all obligations voluntarily • Waived ignorance as a defense This Agreement remains binding before, during, and after participation.
